a diferença entre that e which é a importância da informação a qual eles estão se referindo. quando a informação é uma coisa adicional, ou seja, apenas serve para acrescentar, ela vem entre vírgula, e então usamos "which". se tirarmos a informação entre vírgulas, e a frase ainda fizer sentido, então temos certeza que devemos usar "which".

usamos o who quando estamos falando de pessoas, e whose tem sentido de posse, como "algo de ALGUÉM". o where se refere a um lugar.
